Chocolate nut balls
1 half coconut
2 cups of almond marc (from the almond milk that I used in the Soursoap cream)
1 cup dates
100 gr. Raw cocoa (in Martinique we can buy it on the market)
some sesame seeds

Puree the pitted dates in the blender.
Grind raw cocoa, finely grate coconut meat.
Mix all ingredients well and knead into a firm dough.
Make balls, roll in sesame seeds and grated coconut and store in a refrigerator.
Hmmm … it’s delicious!
If you want it sweeter, take more dates.
Just no coconut in the house? Overnight soaked cashew nuts taste even better!
No almonds? Goes only with coconut!
