Ginger turmeric and lemon iced tea

1-piece piece of ginger
1 small finger big piece turmeric
4 large lemons or limes
1 dried hibiscus flower

Brush the skin of ginger and turmeric well or scrape off thinly with a knife.
Cut ginger into small cubes and turmeric into thin slices.
Add the hibiscus flower if available.

Pour in hot water and cool well.
Express lemon or lime, mix with the cold tea and serve immediately.
Makes 4 glasses.
