Soursoap cream

for 2 people

1/2 large soapsap
3 fig bananas (Ladyfinger)
Chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon of flax seed (ground or crushed)

Soak chia seeds in almond milk.
Then peel the Soursoap and cut into slices so that the kernels can be better removed.
Peel and slice bananas.
All in a blender, mix, done!
Fill the Soursoap cream in bowls and sprinkle with the flaxseed.

The soapsoap is an excellent source of nutrients and contains lots of vitamin B1, B2 and C.
